Ordering
To order an item show on this website, click the “Add to basket” button the product page. When you have finished shopping click “Check Out Now”. Alternatively, you can make an appointment by telephoning 020 89770588 for a bespoke service.
Different colours, sizes
An option for gold or silver coloured wiring or clasps or earrings are given for each item.
On necklaces or bracelets, a finished bracelet or necklace size measurement is required to ensure correct sizing. Just fill out the Special Instructions Comments section or call Million Design on 020 89770588 to discuss and confirm your requirements. Alternatively, you can make an appointment by telephoning 020 89770588 for a bespoke service.
How Can I Pay?
Upon completion of your shopping, you click the Check out Now button and you can either choose to pay by credit or debit card, pay pal or send a cheque to:

Payments via our shopping cart are processed by SecureTrading at the time of ordering. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the card issuer does not authorise payment, we will not process the order.
International Orders
Prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling and currency will be converted by your credit or debit card provider at the current rate of exchange. Please note that your card provider may charge a premium or commission for this.
Delivery
Jewellery is made to order and will be sent within 4 to 8 weeks, if however your timings are more urgent, please call us on 020 89770588 to discuss and we will do everything we can to accommodate your timeframes. There may be a small surcharge for urgent deliveries required within 4 weeks of placing the order.
For non urgent orders we will contact you if there is an undue delay with the despatch of your goods. However, we will always ensure that your jewellery arrives well in advance of your wedding or special occasion.
Returns
It is of supreme importance to us that you are completely delighted with your order from Million Design Company. If however, you are in any way unsatisfied, please return the goods in their original packaging and condition, to us special delivery within 7 days of receipt of your goods and before your wedding day and we will completely refund you the cost of the order and the postage. Alternatively, we can offer an exchange or other items of the same value. After seven days, we can only offer you an exchange to the value of the purchased goods for a period of 30 days after receipt of goods.
Your legal rights are not affected.
We reserve the right to refuse orders.
Customs, Excises and Taxes
Please note that you are responsible for your country’s customs declarations, duties, excises and taxes. If your country applies these taxes and/or excises, it is your responsibility to be aware of them in advance. Customs clearance can take from a few hours to a few days – please take this into account when ordering.
